Hello.

This may be one of the last few birthday cards for a while.  Christmas cards are next.  Its so much fun to pull out all the Christmas stamps, paper and ribbon.  There are things that I've forgotten about.

For today's card, the paper is from Teresa Collins, 3D flower sticker is from K & Co., sentiment stamp is from PTI.

Hello,

It's a rainy Saturday today.  Perfect for staying in...the plan for today...making cookies and cards.

Today's card is for the sketch 85 challenge at Cardabilities.  Great sketch, so fun to create with.

I'm still digging through my stash and using things as I find them.  The fabric flower is from The Paper Studio, tag is from K & Co., die cut leaves are from Stampin' UP!, sentiment stamp is from PTI.  The only new thing is the paper which is 'Yours Truly' from Glitz.

Happy Birthday Card

Good Morning.

So, I don't know if you do this, but I tend to 'hoard' things that I really like.  I finally realized that I have no idea what I'm saving these things for.  It has been a very freeing experience to finally use things up.

The light house sticker is one of those things.  It's from PSX and I've got 2 sheets left.  I'm finally using them up.  You'll see a few more cards from me with different light house images.  

The faux wax seal from Sonnets is another one of my hoarded items.  The original package of 4 had been in my stash for probably 10 years.  

Not any longer.  They are all used up.  

Feels good.

Trick or Treat Card

Hi again.

Yesterday, I posted this card and project which were published in the Fall issue of Paper Creations magazine.  I liked the Halloween tube, but didn't really have a need for it once it came back from the magazine.  So I took it apart and used the tag to make a card instead.

The paper is from Authentique, Enchanted.  Gems are from the $ store.
I quite like this as a Halloween card.

Happy Thanksgiving!

We're having beautiful weather today, nice to have a 3 day weekend.  Canadian Thanksgiving seems to come so early, I'm probably more ready for it in November...but the fabulous meal and the great family memories are welcome any time of the year.

I didn't make any Thanksgiving cards this year, so here are a couple of Halloween projects.

Both of these are published in the current issue of Paper Creations Magazine, page 72-73.  :)

Happy Friday...and it's a 3 day Thanksgiving weekend!  The weather should be nice and I'm hoping to get out and enjoy a whole bunch of fall colour!

Happy WCMD!

Happy World Cardmaking Day!  I hope you get a chance to do something crafty today or that you get to enjoy the creativity and inspiration of so many blog hops happening today.

I am still playing with supplies on hand, digging in and finding forgotten goodies hiding in my stash and using paper that I've long forgotten about.  I'm having a ball!!  So many beautiful things that I'm happy I found again.  And finally got to use.

On my card today, the dress stamp in from Impression Obsession, sentiment stamp is from PTI.

I fell in love with the 75 Cents line from Kaisercraft.  Its elegance and gorgeous colors are just perfection.

Paired with a fancy sticker sentiment from SRM Stickers, and not much else is needed.
