Another Christmas card set.

Here I am...another set of Penny Black sticker cards.  Loving these.  Keeping the design simple and similar in order to get lots of cards done.
The stickers are from Penny Black (Christamas Song), I heat embossed the edges of the stickers with Lindy's Stamp Gang (Golden Angel Wings).  Shimmering cardstock is from Crafter's Companion, embossing folder is from Stamipn' Up (Softly Falling), ribbon is also from Stampin' Up, sentiment stamps are from old Hero Arts (Holiday Wish) Ink is Staz On (Blazing Red).

This week, I'm entering Weekly Christmas Card Challenges blog for week 51, where the challenge is anything goes.

Penny Black Christmas Cards

I've been getting into the swing of Christmas cards.  I'm still having fun using the Penny Black Stickers (Christmas Song), love these.
I adhered the stickers to cardstock, then embossed the edges of the stickers with Lindy's Stamp Gang (Golden Angel Wings) embossing powder.  The background cardstock is shimmering gold dust from Crafter's Companion.  The embossing folder was included with the October issue of UK's Cardmaking and Papercraft magazine. I stamped Papertrey Ink's sentiment with StazOn ink.  Gold string is from Stampin Up.

I'm entering this clean and layered card into The Card Concept # 44 where the challenge inspiration is Festive Glory.

Thanks so much,

Confirmation Card

Todays' card is for a coworker, her niece's confirmation was this weekend.  She specifically wanted an image of Mary and the color red incorporated in the card.
Image is from the internet, sentiment is printed on vellum and adhered over the image.  Embossing folder is from Anna Griffin.

Happy Birthday Card

Hello again.  My...a new blog post two days in a row.  Unheard of!!
I've had some time and luckily the creative mojo has decided to return.

This is for my mother in law's birthday.  The sticker is from SRM, embossing folder is from Stampin' UP, everything else is from my stash.  Using it up feels good.

Christmas cards

I've been working on my Christmas cards and have been having a lot of fun using these gorgeous Penny Black stickers ( Christmas Song).

They're so pretty, not much more is needed on the card.  I adhered the sticker to cardstock, then heat embossed edges with Lindy's Stamp Gang (Golden Angel Wings) embossing powder.  I love this gold powder, its delicate without being overpowering.  The papers are all from my stash, many of them are old K & Co.  Feels great to use them up.  The sentiment is computer generated.
I'm entering my cards in City Crafter Challenge Blog  where the challenge is to make a Christmas card.
Thanks so much for stopping by.

'Tis the Season...

It seems that the last few years, Halloween ends and Christmas begins.  So I might as well join in.  Here are my first cards of the season.

I've used this vintage Santa image before.  Love him.

The layout for this card was found on pinterest.  The vellum is from Stampin' Up, the angel image is from Inkadinkadoo and the sentiment is from Hero Arts.

See you soon,

So...its been a while!

Hello, my poor neglected blog.
Yes, it's been a while.  Life happens...and my cardmaking has taken a back seat.
But I'm working my way back.  :)

Here's a quick card I recently sent to Julia in university.  Patterned paper, SRM heart sticker, glitter alpha stickers and a tag.  Done.

Hope to be more prolific in future creations.  :)
