Thanks card

Time for another Play Date Cafe challenge. These have been so fun and so good for me as they get me out of my comfort zone and I'm forced to used colors I usually wouldn't put together.

Here's the inspiration for this week:

Here's my card:

Patterned paper is from Webster's Pages, sticker is from SRM, flower is from Prima, button is from Doodlebug, border punch is from Stampin' UP, embossing folder is from Cuttlebug.

It's Spring Break here, but it really does not feel much like spring. It's dark, and dreary. I simply can't wait for the warm, sunny days and the spring bulbs to start peeking through the ground.
Thanks for dropping by.
Ivanka

I like your card - I think orange is a fun color to play with.

Wonderful card, love the textured paper. Spring has definitely sprung here, there a huge burst of yellow forsythia bathed in sunlight right outside my window :)

I love that white embossed background; I've not seen that one yet. Like how you combined papers for that strip by the flower. Thanks for playing along at The Play Date Cafe.
