CardMaker and May Arts Blog Hop

Hello!  Today the CardMaker Blog Team is joining one of my favorite ribbon companies May Arts in a Cardmaker Blog Hop!  I can't wait to see all the great inspiration from the two teams.  Hope you hop along with us!  You should have arrived from the very talented Glenda J. Wyatt's blog.

Here's my card, stamping on May Arts ribbon.

I started out by painting watercolor paper with Twinkling H2O's (Cedar Wood), then stamping the world map (Stampendous) in VersaFine (Vintage Sepia) ink.  I adheared the sticker (Penny Black, Vintage Sailing) onto cardstock and set the eyelets.  For the background cardstock (SU Crumb Cake), I misted it with water, scrunched it, then dried it with the heat gun.  I stamped the sentiment (old Inkadinkadoo) onto the May Arts ribbon Using VersaFine (Black Onyx) ink.  I adheared it to the background using Scrapbook Adhesive Crafty Power Tape.  The patterned paper is from Echo Park (Chillingsworth Manor).

And to make this hop even more fun, May Arts Blog is giving away four spools of ribbon, winners choice!  Make sure you comment along the way as you're hopping along.  Good luck!

Your next stop on the blog hop is the very talented Gini Williams Cagle

Here is a list of all the blogs participating today.

Thanks for joining in for this fun hop and a huge thanks to May Arts for sponsoring this hop!
